Patricia Ghozland has extensive experience in conducting litigation, especially in an international context, relating to commercial cases (distribution, particularly luxury goods, licensing agreements, retained liabilities) and product liability cases (contaminated blood, asbestos, growth hormone, drugs, vaccines and environmental risks).

She has also a considerable expertise in domestic and international arbitration (especially ICC and WIPO), mediation and alternative dispute resolution in the area of retained liabilities, intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, know-how, technology transfers, etc.), more particularly in the scientific and technology industry.

During the twenty past years, she has developed a significant practice in the field of intellectual property (patents, know- how, trademarks, unfair competition, etc.), life sciences (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, vaccines and environment) and product liability.

She has been working since several years with, among others, one of the leading pharmaceutical laboratories in the world, handling litigation and arbitration matters relating to their patents, trademarks, license agreements, co-marketing agreements and product liability cases.
